There are many example but the easiest one is the Seven deadly sin. The author's borrowed his style from Toriyama heavily, but most reader don't really care because it's not exactly the same, it just have the spirit of Toriyama style. Same goes for Ghibli, many copied its style, but doesn't stress pass the boundary of 1/1 design.
Manga encourage copies the spirit of the art, but not the technical composition of the art. However this copyright can varies depend on the topic, videos game design, industrial mechanic etc, have their own copyright boundary, because they are tangible component of making the product. Art is a bit more flexible, because even if you can capture the style of something, it's still isn't the exact same thing spirit. Duplication of the exact form of the art however is an attempt of stealing identity.
