You don't need art school to learn, but personally I think it would really help no matter what kind of art school you go to. I went to a flaky art school in Vancouver, it was about as conceptual as they come but just being in an environment surrounded by others who are all generally like minded inevitably leads to making connections and learning in and outside of class. Also if you often find yourself depressed, going to school and working toward something can help alleviate that. You should seriously look into it, you can even work part time and take classes part time which is what I did.

Anyway, you just need to focus on your art and never quit. Every time you draw try to learn something and repeat it until you get it. Don't give up anon I believe in you
