Perhaps something like pic related (from the Monogatari Series, by the way)? As with where I got the screenshot from, here's a video with an anime head tilt collection (funny how specific, eh?). The better ones are later on in the video. About the stylization part, that depends on you. From that video alone you'll see how vastly different they can be.
