did it in paint with mouse so it's kinda rough but i hope youll get the idea
your problem is face has no form like it literally looks that eyebrows and noses and eyes are on the the same lvl
Also your eyes are all over the place you should really work on symmetry and perspective
and it's might be a personal preference but your hair are to fluffy
