/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I feel like I'm fucking up somewhere but I can't quite put my finger on it, feed my back pls. First time really trying to make my digital stuff look more traditional, but what I'm worried about right now is the colors/construction/anatomy/whatever.

Also, should I make him look younger or push the older look instead? my mind is still between both and that's bad. Whatever I go for will affect the rest of the painting, like the hair, so I'd really like to read your opinions first.
