No one here is saying that using poses other people do is a bad thing. No one here is saying that having a similar style is a bad thing. No one here saying similar subject matter is a bad thing. No one is saying pulling an style from your favorite game or series is a bad thing. No one is saying there's copyright to any of those either.
The few times (that we know) Shexyo traced are glaringly obvious and you're hella dissonant if you looked at that and thought "nah". Either that or you're goalpost moving. Or maybe you're retarded and don't think overlaying a drawing canvas for a pixel-perfect matches is tracing. The connotation of that is the dude took every step to basically be a chinese off brand including tracing to hasten the workload.
