I made this piece of fan art.

How do I into image sizing?

I'm always doing guesswork with how to size my shit. I always do traditional and scan my art in the highest quality I can, then try and reduce it from their. But it's never consistent and it either always looks to small in thumbnails and/or to fucking huge when zoomed in. Is this even the right place to ask?
