I use this site for reference https://www.anatomy4sculptors.com/?menu=8&sub=15#body
(click each body part and then go to the block-outs tab to see the body in easier to comprehend shapes) but use it only as a very rough guide.

The best thing is to have an actual model or photo because thats the only way to memorize how the the skin bends and colors change from different angles.

Unrelated but: For a specific style coloring you have to reference the style you want (I would have a picture of my fav artist in the background open while drawing and try to imagine what im drawing in that lighting. It might take weeks but you get it eventually)
