Draw what you like (games, animation etc) and search alot sbout it, youtube can be useful if you dont have patience for books and proper long tutorials.
Do basic general studies (anatomy, gesture, perspective, color theory etc) on the site.

You are making a basic beginner mistake here on your base perception on what art is.
Art is not about depicting things with lines, art is about depicting things with shapes. Once you learn to view your surroundings as literal squares, circles and triangles it will be way easier for you to put it on paper.

Now pick up that pen and go draw.
