Yeah it's down to the forms and edges mainly I think. Girls are soft and then some places can be more defined/sharper like the jawline or eyes or cheekbones, but even then they're not as solid looking as a man's.

I'll try do a paintover if I can but basically your forms are more manly right now, like see how wide and strong the cheekbones/jaw/chin are right now, and how the nose is a clearly defined almost square feature.

Even without long hair and such you can see the feminine features of the smaller and rounder jawline, the far side of the face has the cheekbone and eye ridge protruding but not much else, etc. I suggest finding a girl you want your paintings to look like, your archetype, and then figure out what makes her feminine.
