This resonated with me spiritually. I battle this exact fear every time I draw, only my go-to internal example is Onoe (see pic.)

On the plus side, the fact that you have the fear at all is a good sign. These kinds of disasterpieces can only stem from overwhelming confidence or utter indifference, and if you're struggling with the thought that you might be ass, you've already inoculated yourself against at least *one* horrible pitfall.
