Went to the first session today - I was absent from the first class - and...what the fuck, figure drawing professor honestly thought I was classically trained and was stuck watching me draw for much of the session--critiquing anyone but me. I have genuinely only drawn a few figures before, never read a book. I'm practically a loose cannon with the charcoal--I drew far faster than anyone else and enjoy it a little too much...

Man, do teachers have low expectations or something?
