How do I pick brushes? I've been drawing digitally for quite a couple of years and I've stuck to the default hard brush because I don't know how the fuck am I supposed to pick a brush and stick to it.
Is it just some trial and error stuff? Is there a way to guess beforehand? I want my art to improve and now that college is over I am stopping fooling around with complex stuff and learning the basics from the ground up, I feel like picking brushes for different uses is part of that.
