It's literally a way to sort out the undesirables who will not comply. Refuse to state your pronouns on your profile, straight or not, you're not one of us, refuse to draw hairy ugly women, you're not one of us, and every now and then they add another filter and then another until only the most passive and compliant are allowed to work, and hired to produce more propaganda.
I swear, this shit is a cult. There is massive social engineering involved, it's not just a movement like the hippies. Totalitarianism acts on a whole lot of codes, branding people, say Heil Hitler when the fuhrer is on TV, raise your right hand. If you don't you're giving a signal.
It's all set up, the newspeak, the butchering of language, erasing the past, pliable truths.
