I'm not sure what to do.

I want to get into a good animation school(Sheridan or CalArts) but I have no idea how to learn the techniques that the caliber of student that gets accepted to these schools has.

I can draw a model and it'll turn out okay. But these people are using all these different styles, paints, pastels, all kinds of shit that I can't even get my mind wrapped around.

I don't even know how to draw something that doesn't look realistic. I don't know how to draw cartoons or color theory.

Is there a shit ton of torrents I can just go through and learn these techniques and start getting in the hours? Because all the things I find are just basic drawing skills. There's nothing substantial that lets you get to the next level of actually being able to experiment with things for yourself.

What the hell do I do? I've been stuck making drawings like this for years and I don't know how to do anything different.
