Why does this happen every time? Anon, I like me some good coom, but most coom out there has no taste or any artistic value whatsoever, it's normally just a bunch of tropes, archetypes and prompts put together in the most half hearted way for the sake of making your pp hard.

Actually, that white outline is a side effect caused by the compression technique due to the transparency of the piece, there's no obvious fix to it because the compression happens post-saving and editing it modifies the properties of the file (which is why Im compressing them for to begin with).
The most doable solution would be either toy with the transparency values a little further to minimize the outline or not use transparency in the first place, editing too, but I believe that would take some heavy workarounds to preserve the properties of the file. At any rate, the original file does not have these particles at all.
