There are pretty overwhelming differences between having disorders like ADHD and bipolar versus having a disorder like schizophrenia. Like a bipolar person can lapse into psychosis and delusion during a manic episode but that's really different from how a schizophrenic person's brain disorder affects their mind constantly.
