thanks for the advice much appreciated. i still have no idea how timing charts fully work i have watched a few videos and even read the survival kits explanation of them but they still confuse me (from what i can tell they seam more like spacing charts as they don't really get how they help with timing).

how do rotoscope studies work? i have never done them so i don't know what to look out for to learn from without feeling like i'm just tracing mindlessly.

i don't mind doing western animation, i'm open to animating anything, though my preference is anime i won't let it stop me from other stuff.

i'll keep in mind all those things to learn!

it's subjective? i thought that if it flows well or gives a good sense of mimicking real life movement to a realistic degree it's good? but idk 100% what good animation should look like especially in my own work as i'm always feeling like it's not good, even if it was smooth i might feel like it's not really as smooth or as good as it could be.

i'll work towards being adaptive thank you!
