you can take a photo of reference and then put it on half of the monitor and draw on the other half. Thats what i am usually doing. All drawing apps have brushes simulating various trad media.

Lmao anon you need to grow a bit thicker skin. The more people see your stuff the higher chance one of them will tell you to KYS. And your paintings are a weird mix of paint applied in very thin layers + ink. Its imho hard to criticize such weird mix of mediums

lmao. I dont know if you guys are implying i am skill wise above this beg book and i should pick up harder challenge or if you are scared i am about to burn out from the grind. Anyway i am like 60% done already with this one and no, i still find new things to struggle with. Last one was me realizing i am incapable of drawing symmetrical objects like bottles. Also i switched to new app which i need to learn and get feel for the different brush engine. The pics may look trivial but i dont feel trivially at all while doing them. Face or pumpkin its all still beg struggle for me. Its just when you fuck up drawing pumpkin the error isnt so obvious as with the face.
