Hey /beg/ so I've been a hobby artist ever since I started two years ago. I've done a good bit of anatomy studies in the past but I have mostly stuck to just using references for the past year or so, and I have gotten good at drawing what I see. Mostly I just draw my favorite anime characters for m own enjoyment and occasionally some yuri. I would like to get to the point of being able to draw them with more realistic faces though, real sexy shit.

About where would you say I'm at in terms of skill? What I'm doing well and what I am doing poorly. I'm in no rush to be a master but I would like some pointing in the right direction.

Some self critique, I think my anatomy is okay for what it is. I personally feel as though the torso area is where I am strongest in regards to anatomy, though I still need to represent it better. Shading and coloring I know I only have a basic understanding of, most of my knowledge in that area comes from looking at other artists and having those 'Oh shit! That's how you do it!' moments. One of my biggest disappointments with my skill right now is line quality for sure, I still have issues getting longer lines right and have to start and stop them constantly, which just makes them come out janky.

thanks /beg/
