The figure in the foreground doesn't mesh with the rest of the painting. You should've rendered him with some bluer tones on the sky-facing surfaces (top of arm and head), and greener/brown or warmer tones for any ground-facing surfaces (e.g. under his arm) to link him with his surroundings. Or even done some reflections of mountains/sky/grass on those (I'm assuming) metal cables on his neck.

Its all very dull, are you using a reference? He has a much warmer skin tone, looks like a fake tan in most of his photos.
