Don't take what the other anon said too hard, even if it's not perfect you've definitely improved a lot from your before. Since you seem open to critique I painted over some things that looked off to me. If you'd like me to explain the changes that I made more in-depth I can, but generally: the figure is too curved in perspective (feels unbalanced), the anatomy of the nose and jaw aren't quite right especially if you're going for an anime type aesthetic, the insertion of the bicep muscle is too low, and the position of his right arm is unclear as drawn.
