how is making a fanart of a character (that's not even fucking traced) the same thing as tracing and taking the exact same concept of someone else's drawing? atlas didn't even fucking bother to make it a different character or have her in a different outfit -- he literally took every single thing from the Jap's work. Even to go so far as to trace some parts of it.
And not only that, but claim THEIR work was originally HIS
