If you mean manly conan style cartoons, I don't have desire to make this stuff much. I think as an artist or storyteller if you make something you should be true to yourself and your own experience. Too many young artists try too hard to make something that isn't them. It becomes a bit of regurgitation when all a young artist experiences is other peoples art. This reason is why I think most strong masculine characters are always some le edgy guts rip off for this reason. They project their own tragic elements of their personality on to a strong character to self insert and justify their weakness. Very gay.
I just love to create really and make funny stories. I am glad you like my project. I apprentice as an electrician in heavy industry. So I draw a lot of cable tray, panels, cable glands, lights, consumer units, pipework etc. I also lived in some concrete shithole areas so this inspires the setting.
Zero's design is robbed a lot from juzo inui from no guns life.
I might do some frazetta style paintings soon. I have some ideas. It's good to take a break from shitting out pages sometimes I suppose.
