The clavicles are in correct perspective. The one closest to the eyes is bigger as it should be.

The problem right now with your breasts is that you are just attaching circles to a flat figure. Try doing pecs first as I put in the redline and the adding the boob. I'd also recomend you study more boobs from real life, or mannequins. You'll see what I'm talking about.
