It's hard for me to say. I'd want to draw from imagination, because I don't want to aim for realism (I like animation, comic book etc.) but I feel like when I draw I don't really have much style which is kind of required for that (besides the eyes maybe). On the other hand I have no idea how to really "find one".

Another thing is that I often have this odd problem that I can't replicate my own drawings. As I mentioned before there's a specific way I like to draw eyes. All the pic related girls where have to have the same type but while it worked with the ones on the top somehow I completely got it off with the ones on the bottom even though I would correct them several times.
