Nice try asshole. Also we're basically on the same page here. I'm not saying everybody should dedicate their fucking lives to being aesthetic like Zyzz or something, but just do about an hour of exercise every day to stay in shape. Wearing yourself out everyday is not a very good way to work out anyways, since chances are you'd feel sore as shit afterwards and won't want to do anything. Obviously cutting sugar and shitty food is important as well. Cardio is a shitty workout also. Working out for an hour everyday leaves me with 4-6 hours to draw and basically the rest of the day when I don't work and don't have plans.
>Plus more muscle mass demands more energy just by being dormant, which in turn takes away from the energy the brain actively consumes while drawing, which again forces you to have some sweet snacks&drink (which will satisfy you for 30min) next to your table so you can give in to that quick energy starvation, which again make you even unhealthier than the guy who just draws.
Sounds like something a fatty would say lol.
