It looks as if you stay true to your sketches here.
This drawing is like most of your paintings. The face is fucked.the eyes are not in perspective unless she is fucked for life or a cow crossbreed.
Listen, I suck right now at drawing and feel like this task I have set for myself just might take more of me than I really want to give but fuck it. If anyone else can do this then so can I.

You are no Jean-Michel Basquiat.
There. Said it.
Not saying you cannot get gud but break out artists with a unique style have to have too many uncontrollable factors that go just right at the exact right time in history.
I remember the art on the walls of a few black friends I had growing up, African type monochromatic symbol drawing portrait type stuff.
Your stuff reminds me of that stuff maybe that’s why I don’t like it.
At the same time, growing up, my grampa hadvelvet paintings of bullshit coat of arms stuff to mimic regal prestige or something he thought identified with his history and lineage.
He also gave me his sketchbook when I was a kid and, what-do-you-know......fucking line/symbol drawing colored with magic markers.
No biggie, he just never learned how to draw outside of his “style” of symbol drawing.
I’ve seen cave paintings better with more perspective and values and creative edges compared to Gramps shit symbol line art.
