These have to be females. I have noticed this a lot that they are afraid to go out of their comfort zone(most of them at least), and adventure outward. Men only have the issue of not realizing that you get better in time, and not on your first piece. As you keep submitting artwork and improving on your last release in some way like Form,Shading, Color theory, perspective, poses etc. You do get better and it gains mileage your mind will adapt and learn how to do things more efficiently the more you keep doing something. Eventually you will become a greater artist.

Mostly the issue is that they need to be criticized and told their art needs to be improved, while at the same time praising other aspects. It is a balancing act especially those with fears of moving outside the comfort zone. The other problem is that they are stubborn and they are children with unreasonable mindsets.
