The hard truth is that AIshit only removed the lid on the worm party cesspool that is how non-artists perceive art. They simply don't fucking care, they only see the result as meaningful, and an approximation is enough for them. The whole communication between artists and not artists has been based on a transparent lie for decades, a lie artists needed to fuel themselves in struggling for attention.
AI is going to be thrown away at some point in the future as some boomer pathetic shit, but in the meantime the culture of art appreciation and the economy built on it are going to be completely fucking destroyed.
In five years, nobody is going to be able to live with their drawings, simply because companies aren't going to use what people likes, and this whole mess demonstrated to all the fucking world that people prefer eating shit.
It's a fucking tragedy, for us that are getting gutted like pigs, for the normies that live in loophole that keeps getting smaller around their disgusting asses, and even more for the centuries of geniuses that won't be even considered as that anymore by the next two-three generations of kids, and because their legacy has been cut with a fucking axe for shit and giggles, castrating them retroactively centuries later.
But this said, I'm going to keep going. I don't fucking care what the world does. I had a really shitty life and the only thing that kept me from heroin or just fucking killing myself in the fucking cardboard boxes where I slept behind the train station was the hope one day I would have been able to do something with my drawings. I will die on this fucking hill. I want to die on this fucking hill. And a lot of other people will do it.
Simply because trying to live off your art is not arrogance for a lot of people, is the only way to exist in a meaningful manner.
