Ranita, get out of your confort zone. You should try putting characters into perspective, rather than just doing full body portraits. You also need to study more gesture, do quick gesture sketches from models. You absolutely need to study more anatomy and learn how the dynamics of the human body; Right now it seems like your limbs don't have a flow, and it doesn't help that they barely are posed into perspective. This breaks the illusion for the viewer.
Coloring is also quite not there yet, the basic color theory and fundamentals seem to be at play in most of these compositions, but nothing here looks daring or catchy to the eye, the color is just not memorable.
Want to take it to another level? Study clothing folds and how they react to it, learn how to stylize the drapery, you can head to Morpho or Hampton for this.
You also need to study how skin reacts to light, learn about temperature, make color studies, lots of them.

And ask for lots of critiques.
