Are you genuinely retarded? Do you really believe Moebius didn't make use of lineweight in lots of his work because it was too hard for him to understand?

There are tons of great artists who don't use lineweight, but rest assured, they all knows at least everything that you do about it. It's not fucking rocket science. Overlap /depth, mass, pinch and stretch, direction of light etc is shown via varying the thickness of your lines. Wow, what a revelation. Moebius, one of the greatest comic book artists of all time sure must have struggled a lot with this concept.
