Another mirror drawing. How do I make the eyes better?

Imo good drawing should feel like sculpting. You work in 3d big to small. I feel like I'm just on the cusp of it, but dunno what to focus now on other than lots of practice to 'git gud'.

Maybe I should go back to /beg/
