People with long term discipline issues. What did you change thay helped you finally get your hours up consistently?

If beginners end up drawing more 8 hours a day by coping their favourite artists instead of 30 minutes a week studying realistic proportions, life etc then that's obviously the way to go. But when they plateau they're going to wonder what element they're missing to achieve the result of their favorite artists and that element is the understanding of reality. The fundamentals is collection of methods which help us best understand reality to our benefit.
