have you tried asking them to model? girls are girls. they like to be drawn. being pretty is what they do. try to look past a girl's personality don't get caught up in trying to fuck everyone and be friends. A relationship between an artist and a model is strictly surface level. You like the way she looks, she likes the way you draw, leave it at that. If you treat girl's like they are art they'll reciprocate that feeling by letting you draw them. Any compliments you give to someone you want to draw should be completely observational.

It's like the difference between calling a girl sexy because you want to fuck her, and calling a girl sexy because she's sexy. Be objective and unbiased about women. Leave the personality stuff in the bedroom.
