This one took me about 26 minutes to do.
I think it may only come from whatever I'm trying to draw from imaginiation. I've no problem drawing what I see, but it's exclusive to whatever I draw from my mind that takes me so long before I get it right.
Right now I'm trying to draw two OCs hugging each other from a side view whilst lying down but I've no clear references on what that would look like, especially with particular limbs and how they would look from that angle.

In short; I can draw what I see with no problem, but not what in my head. Or at least it takes far too long to draw what's in my head.
