I seen various people using it, you draw a blob or shape you like and then you just go over it trying to fill in the details.
Its just a shape but your mind trying to interpret it so each person can see something different and from the same blob create different characters.

Basically Roschar test but I believe Proko was the first person to fail this test, he just looked at the blotch and you could tell he has not a slightest idea what the fuck this is (neither anyone else watching it but still)

Now this thing will follow him like the ghost of aborted child for years.
