Kind of defeats the idea of the decision making process; you are supposed to offer your own worthless young, not a pet's.

Never mind, he came to pick a fight, couldn't find anything making him angry enough so he settled for some tired and half-assed flaming.

Morning everyone.

I'd get the Digital Tutors files on anything Photoshop, 5-Pencil Method files, the 2DArtist magazines, a well-mixed reference torrent (like the one for Datacraft), ImagineFX magazine and some of the torrents which show up when you look for "drawing" (Vilppu, man).

It's wonderful that the things I see when I squint are very different from what you guys individually saw.
Pretty happy about the outcome of all of your face hallucinations :3

In this case, the problem in communication stems from the poorly formulated syntax of "hiring someone as something" as an expression which translates into either hiring someone who is something, or hiring someone while you yourself are that something.

My apologies, I am not a native speaker.

This is a good squinting practice to learn how to get values right/better.
Wow.

You identify with being a copy editor over identifying with being an artist. Anon has a very valid point.

This elaborates far better on why OP's question is rather stupid than I could have done.
I wanted to call OP the fag that he is and tell him to GTFO if he doesn't understand cause and effect.

Glad you have said it better.

The industry is currently populated with hacks who think that a painting should look like something out of a computer game.

I don't mean the people who draw like that, but the people who hire these artists solely for the gimmick.
