True, then again, this is for my concept art section of portfolio, the intention was not to make anything dynamic, just to showcase the design more than anything. But yeah, more of a dynamic pose couldve served better and youre right about the gun in the other hand, I just wanted to design it without making a separate picture just for that.

Youre right, ive always struggled with it. This one started as quick lunchtime sketch and I just went full steam with it, was a bad move. For the next character Ill be more mindful of perspective.

Establish the areas in the sketching phase, dont just scribble, use patience and work slow, get the feel of the medium and see how they work. Im not familiar with pastels either but thats just how you go with traditional.
