is because you're too outcome-focused. The real reason people who started drawing when they were really young have a big advantage over people who start later in life is because nobody has an "outcome" they're hyper-focused on when they start drawing. Sure they might think something like "I wanna be a cartoonist" or "I wanna make my own comic/manga"; but this is like a boy who enjoys learning about the weather saying "I wanna be a meteorologist." He set the goal only because he wanted to tread down the path. A lot of you guys only tread down the path because you want the goal, which is why drawing is so grueling for you because you despise the grind - you just wanna get to the part where you get to draw NSFW fan art of your favorite waifu and hate that it's taking forever for you to get there.

You gotta learn to appreciate the process itself or else you're gonna burn out before you get anywhere. If you don't like drawing, the chances of you becoming a good artist are gonna be really, REALLY low no matter how badly you want it.

I draw mlp porn as a hobby and notice some of my followers are under 18 based on their bio. Normally this wouldn't be a problem since I never interact with them but recently minor retards have been quoting my art and demand to take it down saying they don't want to see porn in their page. This is confusing because nsfw posts wouldn't just automatically recommend themselves to them so they probably seek these types of stuff out in their own accord and then blame me for it. Other people also quote me accusing me of showing porn to kids despite my page is evidently not made for kids with the giant 18+ and multiple warnings. So I told them they could just block me and fuck off, also blocked all the minors following me. Why do minors willingly enter adult art space amd then complaining? How do I stop this for good?

Where does one get nsfw commissions in 2024?

Anyone got any discord servers they can recommend? The forum world seems completely dead by now, which is what I last remember being a thing. Is hentai foundry still popular and does it get enough traffic to get an artist exposure/commissions?

Plattforms all over the Internet have been hardcore clamping down on fictional content depicting sex.
This is even more so the case for stuff that shows loli, shota, rape, etc.

Isn't it fair for these people in particular to prompt their hearts out, considering their art niche is getting severely hampered by politics?
There is little money to be made in these things, anyway.
It will allow consumers to get more art in the face of an upcoming artist drought due to professionals having to quit their NSFW careers.

If most (professional) people will just quit drawing loli or can't draw it for money to begin with, then it only makes sense that they should prompt.

This post is just me venting about a few things.

So I'm a NSFW artist, I make degenerate size content (Giantess, smothering stuff, etc). No I don't make vore or feet content, that shit is gross. I still make SFW stuff and I have genuinely nice creative ideas.

I'm starting to become concerned with myself over time though. I get okay-levels of money from commissions, and I don't mind doing them, but at the same time I kinda wish I was less horny. I've never really liked being horny for longer than a few minutes. For the past few weeks it's been a constant battle of me trying to not be horny. Sometimes I can go a week or two without jacking off, but other times I end up jacking off multiple times a day. If any other NSFW artists struggles with this or found a way to manage, could you give me some advice to get by or anything of that sort?

How exactly do NSFW social media artists become extremely popular despite having an intermediate skill level and how does one build connections with really big accounts in general?

So, how would you honestly criticize my current work and how much will getting into an "6+ hours of drawing everyday" schedule alongside studying fundies, drawing from life and studying other artists constantly improve my skills in the spawn of months?

Thus far, I've been drawing for around 2/3 years, purely for fun without properly studying anything (outside dabbling in early dab lessons/early keys to drawing/early perspective made easy but quitting all of them due to my past lack of will), for around 2/3 hours per day max and spending months and months without drawing anything.
Despite having fun again drawing recentely and seeing slow gains purely by rote, I consider myself an extremely mediocre and lazy artist, and sometimes I wish my art didn't look so amateurish.

Now I feel like I have the potential and confidence to significantly improve my current skill level (pic related) in a short amount of time and get rid of the amount of shortcuts to properly get me in a mid/high intermediate stage.

My goals are mainly regarding making my art more dynamic and significantly less stiff, significantly improving my figure drawing, human anatomy and perspective knowledge, learn how to draw appealing and expressive faces, make things like clothing and hair more "realistic", learn how to properly draw backgrounds, learn how to do competent and complex NSFW art, learn how to draw mecha and vehicles better, and, just in general, evolve my art style into something significantly more detailed, complex, appealing, and technically proficient than what I currently do now.
