ok guys, heres a dilemma.

So last year i was doing an art course in a really good college,. best in my area. it was amazing, if tough. problem is i didnt work enough so i failed to get into the next year. i decided to go to a different art college cos no other skills. the college is trash in comparison and i feel like im learning nothing. do i build a new portfolio from scratch or do i just buckle down and work att the shittier art college?
