All the teachers I once had told me not to use Wikipedia, as simple as that.

This might be a weird question, but bear with me;
Why are some programs not uploaded to the official distro repos?
I know, this is kind of like asking "why aren't some games sold on Steam", but on Linux, to my knowledge, adding your programs to a repo has no down sides. It's free, and not too difficult, and lets people easily and quickly install your program.
Especially if you're a big company (like Google with Chrome), you'd probably want as many people as possible installing your botnet. So what could their reasoning be for using their own repos?

>Government regulations eventually strangle the internet to death
>Places like 4chinz are no longer tolerated
>Everybody tech savvy just sets up undernet connections or mesh networks

I have no idea why the second snippet has a newline in it.

I'm not gunna say you're wrong because that's a subjective use case, but unless its a very small script or program most print statements aren't just raw data, because that's very hard to read or make useful in most cases.

I didn't fall for the TEN BILLION CORES meme when bulldozer came out and I'm not falling for it now
Everybody except maybe one or two people here would be best off with a G4560, myself included.

I've gotten compliments for it from people I'd never think as nerdy. It's probably all in your mind, anon. Try surrounding yourself with non-nerdy people or find a new career.
