Sounds like a serious case of impostor syndrome. If you weren't competent in your field at all, you wouldn't be in your current position.

Still better than having spent that time using proprietary software.

We're making good money by replacing old PCs in the machines running XP with new ones running 10.

Reminder that """""subscribing"""" to Spotify is merely paying for music, not buying it. The fact that they even mine your data makes the """service"""" even more retarded.

Winamp or Foobar on Windows

Lmao Linux shills (who do it for free) at full force again.

A freshly booted Windows 10 might use 2GB max after booting. Even with browser, music player, office and discord open I don't reach 4GB (out of 8)

Still great to remove annoying ads inside some mobile apps.

As for YouTube: Use mpv on desktop or ublock in your browser and Newpipe on mobile. If you're an iFag, you're fucked. But that's your own fault anyways.

Is there any way to get multi monitor to be less shit?
I'm coming from Gnome, where it immediately recognised when a new display has been connected or disconnected.
Now even if I turn off the monitor it still doesn't get disabled. Any help for that?

Like whenever I closed the lid on my laptop (with three monitors attached) it turned to laptop screen off and immediately turned on the third monitor. This works both with Gnome and Windows. Please help

That sounds cool though. I'll read up on that. Is using MPV like this also good when you have weak/old hardware?

No wonder why amerimutts are low test.

To answer OPs question: Put your alarm clock a few metres away from your bed so that you actually have to stand up to deactivate it. Once you're standing it's easy to just stay up and put on some clothes. The cold will pass within a minute,
That way I managed to reduce my "snooze time" from about 1hr to 10 minutes. Feels good to have more time every day basically for free.

Gnome lacks features that KDE has, and I've yet to find a better file explorer than Dolphin for Gahnoo slash Loonix.

The fact that you have to install a shitton of extensions for Gnome in order to customise it hurts system stability a lot. I cannot change the taskbar in Gnome just the way I want it with multiple monitors, no matter how many extensions I install. I can do that with KDE though. No extra extensions needed, but I installed like two widgets.
