Are there any prepaid VOIP services out there that aren't shit/a scam?
>no monthly fees/contracts, rather buy credit upfront and use that
>use my computer, using free software if possible
>must be able to call landline and mobile numbers in all non-shit countries
Not worried too much about price.

tar is a pretty good format.
It's literally a file you can blast to a tape drive for backup.
Then tar.X is just the same tar with some form of compression applied. I've stopped using anything else because these things are so handy.

If it's terrible at mining and supports SR-IOV it's basically the HBM card I've always dreamed of.
Going to wait until it hits rock bottom on price and snatch one up to replace my fury.

40GB chinkpad with root ZFS here.

CoW was the best thing that could possibly happen for HDDs and I cannot live in a world with write amplification anymore.

Can you perhaps understand the reason some of us aren't so excited it because believe it or not there are games out there still running shitty old engines that genuinely can't use more than 2 threads and Ryzen has no IPC benefit?

I'm running a 980Ti and 3570k at 4.5 and still get shit FPS in CSGO.

Not entirely sure if asking this here is the right place but whatever.

I use one of those simple ModMic things, I think I have the 4.0 and it's plugged directly into my motherboards rear panel. When I'm idling at my desktop it sounds just fine, but when I play games everyone complains that my mic sounds like a chainsaw.

Obviously it's because of coil whine interfering, but it's really, really bad. Is there anything I can do about it? It happens even when the mic is muted (meaning the physical button is moved into the mute position) so I'm guessing it's not because the mic itself is bad.

Is there any point in me buying HD800's, I listen to music through Youtube, I only have my onboard motherboard audio and I already have HD650's?
