Daily reminder to fix your tab order:
1) Go to about:config
2) Search for 'browser.ctrlTab.recentlyUsedOrder'
3) set it to false
4) ????
5) Profit

This is the only really really really really really fucking bad thing mozilla introduced. I am not even sure why no one is talking about it.

got 2 pending job offers, software architect and software engineer, the company is pretty remote and they have trouble finding new hires because they all want to go to booming metropolitan areas.

I honestly don't even know what a software architect does but I don't wanna deal with shitty diagrams all day.

Then again they basically outlined the SWE position is basically a codemonkey position and the software architect then tells me what I need to code. Sounds a lot comfier though 2bh

But I'm still unsure which one to take

Is it realistic to drop out of college and take coding boot camps make money programming / developing??

I’m doing quite well in my computer science classes right now (pretty good at C, C++, and Python) but honestly I’m just not cut out for college. It’s just all such a drag, and not to mention at least 15k a year for even a shitty state school.

I honestly don’t think I’ll make it through 3 more years of college. Idek what to do but I’m actually very interested in writing code / scripts and feel I could get better just studying on my own with a part time job to support myself.

Any advice? I’m not gonna pretend to be some savant but I’m pretty competent at least for a college sophomore and my professors often comment I have a natural ability for coding / problem solving.
