The model M has a standard PS/2 port, and if you don't have a PS/2 port you can get an adapter (sometimes you need adapters that push a bit more power for old keyboards.) The other keyboards use 5 pin connectors, and you can get adapters to PS/2 for ~$3 online. This keyboard I have has space invader switches, and it has a 5 pin connector as well.

Space invader switch master race. With the keycaps off you can actually see the two pieces of metal that touch to register a keystroke. You can even activate them with a paperclip if you want.

This was $10 from my university's surplus store, and it is the best keyboard I have ever used. It is better than my board with browns I got for $100. You don't have to spend a lot to get a nice keyboard.

I have not seen anyone except myself post space invader switches here, but I doubt that they are the most obscure.

Thanks. My keyboard is similar to a model m, but it is made by another company and it has "space invader" switches. They feel really nice, and I got it for $10 at my university's surplus store.

I have not seen them but I don;t look too often. I want to get one but I can't justify the price and time I would spend.

I currently use a keyboard with mechanical space invader keycaps I got for $10 from my university.
