>buy new gpu (rx460) for my old 2009 build
>it doesn't even POST with the new card
I read around and concluded that it must be because the BIOS isn't UEFI compatible. I flashed the latest update which said UEFI, still nothing. Is there anything I could do about this or should I just kms?
The card works fine, tried it on another PC.

Just bombed an interview. Got asked to implement the bubble sort sorting algorithm on a whiteboard, and sum all the primes below 2 million. Never heard of bubblesort until then, and they actually expected me to compute the primes myself. They walked me through the sorting algorithm, but I couldn't catch on and failed. Then I told them I could sum the primes if I had them, but they weren't impressed. I've never felt so defeated.

All I want is a system where I can get good video playback and use a web browser. But somehow none of the ones I've tried so far have been able to accomplish this better than my 4 year old pirated install of Windows 7 with no updates past 2015.
