yeah well even my autism cant force me to touch my hair. I mostly compulsively pull on my stubble. back of my hand and sometimes my chest. It's a lot less noticable but I have a feeling if i ever tried to grow a beard it would be all fucked up because of how the hairs sort of change if you pull on them too much. A lot of them are far more visibly thick.

yeah I have really thick hair as well. I dont twist i pull it out with my nails or teeth. I usually have these set of regions (both cheeks, hands, a spot in my legs etc) where i consistently do this and I almost always do it when the hair is really short, like on a 3-4 day stubble. I think its making my hair even thicker.

Usually I start unconsciously like when im studying or something but sometimes it gets incredibly distracting. For example if a hair is really small or very strong and i cant pull it off with my nail i start panicing and get pissed and cant concentrate on anything till ive pulled it off and stare at the mirror to pull it just right.

I honestly want to get laser treatment or something, I fucking hate body hair and it constantly bothers me. But im afraid of being called a fag or something.

Idk why I do this but I have been for many years. It started with string filing between my teeth. I would use the string to scrape the gums till the gums between were scraped out. I now form a loop with string and file it between the teeth and loop it around the gums and yank the gums out and will scrape the gums with anything sharp to make them bleed. I will use surgical blades to cut the gum and push my fingernails into the incision with the loop of the string sliding into the gum and ripping the gum between the teeth out. Ill use pens to scrape gums and push the gums up so I can rip more of the gums out. They bleed. I don't know why I do this. I can't stop. I love the burn of tooth paste on the gums but I go farther then anyone else does. I scrape gum till bleed the I use a water pic to soften the gum up. Then I rinse with listerine vinegar and baking soda and brush. I then brush with rubbing alcohol and then peroxide which makes the gums white.

its not a vice or anything, literally only do it because its easier and faster than using proper nail cutters. and ive gotten good at it to the point where you would never know thats how i do it
