Even if you had a billion dollars, I wouldnt suggest doing this unless it was some kind of emergency surgery after a horrible accident that knocked all your teeth out.

Your teeth have nerves in them, and your fake teeth will feel weird and numb for the rest of your life. Many people who get dental implants actually lose weight because even just chewing food feels offputting and strange so they stop doing it as much. They will never feel like real teeth, and you will be stuck with them.

Grills are the set you can take in and out and you don't need to have your teeth shaved. You get a mold taken and they make the jewelry from that.

Also most people don't get permanents without having the money or career to be able to get proper dental care for the remainder of their life. I haven't heard of anyone having issues with their permanent golds. And despite them being called permanents they can still be removed and you can get your dental issues taken care of and have new jewelry set on top.

It makes perfect sense why this would be desired, especially if you have bad teeth. $37,000 presumably cover the cost to cover 18-22k alloy mixture for an entire mouth.
