There are a few sites that let you pay import taxes ahead of time so you're not thrown off by them. Montreal-based Ssense has a pair of "No Tabi" boots right now (same shape, not a split toe). Only a few iterations are released each season and they're a collectable and covetable item, so your best bet will be to buy them secondhand. Even then, they show up rarely on eBay and sites like the Real Real. The Hudson's Bay flagship at Yonge and Queen in Toronto sells Margiela shoes. I've seen one pair of perforated Tabi flats there, in 2011 and they were reduced on clearance to like $200. And last Bay Days they had a pair of the round-toe boots for about $800 or so.
